Coaler: Char Coal analyzer

Context:

This module is developing in the framework of the French Research Project DENDRAC headed by Alexa DUFRAISSE.

What is Coaler ?

The Coaler module avoids to detect and characterize the rays in longitudinal images of archeological charcoals of Maloideae. Outputs as morphological parameters characterizing the rays and their cells are given in csv file readable onto spreedsheat.
