The different modules

The Cells module

With different tools to analyse the geometry of the cells or of their arrangment, in particularly:

Celer cells analyzer : it is an automated plugin to analyse the geometriy of cells (lumen size, wall thickness,…) from light microscopic images. The study is only applied to the sharp parts of the image. Functional only colored images
Cefiler Cell files analyzer: it is a fully-automated plugin to recognize and characterize the cell alignments from light microscopic images. The study allows defining the geometry (lumen size, wall thickness,…) and the type of each cell (vessel, fiber, rays,…). Functional for raw or colored images.
Cluster Cell cluster analyzer. Should be identify and measure the cell clusters. Will be developed in the framework of the ANR Dendrac Should be available in september 2011

The Wood module

With different tools to analyze the geometry of the wood at macroscopic scale, in particularly:

Ringer Rings analyzer: It is a fully-automated plugin to analyze the geometry of the rings from Rx macroscopic images. This tool has been developed in the framework of the ANR Emerge. It should be available in November 2010
Rinser Rings spacer. It is a half-automated plugin to measure the thickness of the rings from numeric images. It should be available in December 2010

The Leaves module

With different tools to analyze the geometry of the leaves or of their nerves, in particularly:

Leaver Leaves analyzer: A fully-automated plugin to analyse the geometriy of homogeneous leaves from numeric images produced by desktop scanners. This tool answers to a particular need: organize naturally results to allow the data matching in great-scale analysis. The numerical results (area, length, width, circularity,…) are given in csv file, easily readable on spreadsheet.
LeaverWA   Leaves analyzer With Aids: a similar tools as previously from numeric images containing standard aids (tag, rules,…). These aids are automatically recognized and suppressed. For the rest, see the previous tool.
Nerver   Nerves analyzer. Should be identify and measure the meshes defined by the different nerves (main, second, ultimate). It should be available in September 2011
